Utorrent Bandwidth Speed Test Failed: What's Going On?

I recently experienced a significant drop in my torrent speeds, which prompted me to reach out to my ISP (Internet Service Provider) to investigate the issue. After they changed my setup from copper to fibre and doubled my speed, I noticed that most of the torrents that were previously red had turned green. However, just this morning, I checked again and found that many of them are back to red!

At first, I thought it might be due to tracker issues, but upon further investigation, I realized that even well-seeded torrents would start downloading and seeding at the same pace regardless of whether or not they had trackers. This led me to wonder if there was another factor at play.

For those who find the red seeding status annoying, you can simply remove any non-working trackers by right-clicking on an offending tracker and selecting 'Remove Tracker.' Unless the torrent is private, trackers aren't necessary, and a temporary or permanent tracker outage can be frustrating. Red seeding indicates that one or more trackers are offline.

I've tried resetting uTorrent using the downloaded settings.dat file, but it doesn't seem to be working as effectively as it did initially. In fact, I estimate that around 80% of my torrents are now red instead of green. This has slowed down the entire process, and despite my ISP increasing my speed to 100 M, things don't seem to be improving.

Many torrents no longer seed at the same rate they used to, and some have become red overnight. To add to the confusion, I noticed that there might have been an update to uTorrent since then, which could be contributing to the issue.

For example, torrents now take a long time to start downloading and seeding. I've tried contacting my ISP again to see if they can help resolve the issue, but so far, no luck. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with uTorrent speed tests failing? Are there any settings or tweaks that could help improve seeding and speeds?
